Welcome to the Emy Ave™ Wholesale Program! We’re thrilled to partner with boutiques and retailers that align with our brand and values. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

📦 Order Requirements

Minimum Order: $100 per order
Style Minimums: Open pack sizing, but you must purchase at least 3 units per style
Shipping:
- $19.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $200
- Free shipping on orders of $200 or more

🛒 Placing Orders

Once your account is approved, you’ll receive confirmation via email and gain access to wholesale pricing and tiered discounts.

🧾 Payment & Invoicing

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
We do not currently offer Net Terms or invoice billing.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise communicated.
Shipping method will be chosen based on order size and location.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

All wholesale orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing wholesale@emyave.com.

🔒 Account Access

Wholesale accounts are for approved boutiques and retailers only.
Do not share your login details or wholesale pricing with third parties.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

🏷️ Reselling Guidelines

Emy Ave™ items may be sold in physical retail locations or on your brand’s website.
We do not allow reselling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
You may NOT use our product images and descriptions from our website.

⚠️ Intellectual Property Notice

Design, photos, and content are created in-house and owned by Emy Ave™ © 2025. All photos and videos are copyrighted and may not be used for promotional purposes without prior written permission. Unauthorized use will result in removal from the wholesale program and potential legal action.
